The construction project is for approximately 1 acre of composite lined landfill including: o Earthwork o Furnishing and installing a compacted clay liner, 60 mil HDPE geomembrane, granular drainage material, HDPE piping, and site restoration to include the contractors off site clay borrow area. o Pre-work will include transfer of shingle pile to another location on the site. o Associated stormwater controls. o Site restoration associated with construction activities. Bids must be accompanied by a bidder's bond or certified check made payable to the County Treasurer, Otter Tail County, for at least five percent (5%) of the amount of the Proposal. Otter Tail County is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer. A Bid Bond is required for this project. No Bidder may withdraw their bid within 20 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The County Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, portions, thereof, and to waive informalities.
