The City of Delray Beach (City) is seeking Bids from qualified firms for Landscape Maintenance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this Invitation to Bid. The City will not hold a Pre-Bid Conference. The City of Delray Beach reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids, in whole or in part, with or without cause, to waive any irregularities and/or technicalities, and to award the contract on such coverage and terms it deems will best serve the interests of the City. Contract duration: 3 years Contract renewal: 2 annual renewals Prices good for: 90 days Q & A deadline: Apr 29, 2022 5:00:00 PM EDT Performance bond and payment bond: Intentionally Omitted. The City of Delray Beach reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids, in whole or in part, with or without cause, to waive any irregularities and/or technicalities, and to award the contract on such coverage and terms it deems will best serve the interests of the City. The City reserves the right to reject bidder's use of any subcontractor who has previously failed in the performance of contract or failed to deliver on time services under a contract of a similar nature, or who does not have the capacity or capability to perform the required services. Contractor shall not change subcontractors during the Agreement term without prior written approval by the City. The City reserves the right to reject any request to change subcontractors The City of Delray Beach reserves the right to cancel, in whole or in part, any Invitation to Bid when it is in the best interest of the City. The City reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive irregularities or technicalities, and to readvertise for all or any part of this Bid Solicitation as deemed in its best interest. The City shall be the sole judge of its best interest. The City reserves the right to reject any and all Bids if it is determined that prices are excessive, best offers are determined to be unreasonable, or it is otherwise determined to be in the City's best interest to do so. The City reserves the right to negotiate prices with the responsive and responsible low Bidder, provided that the scope of work of this Solicitation remains the same.
