Renovation of a laboratory facility in Salt Lake City, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a laboratory facility.
Gramoll Construction has been selected by The University of Utah as the Construction Manager/General Contractor for the University of Utah HPER Complex East Lab Buildout, which is a single phase project. This portion of the project in valued at approximately $3,000,000. Work hours are normal working hours. Access for the project will be from our jobsite trailer to the south at the Dumke Gymanstics Building as well as the sidewalk to the East of the building. Any long lead item is to be identified in the proposal with estimated lead times. Construction will start shortly after bids are received and contracts are sent. Gramoll is requesting proposals on Demolition, Steel, Glass Railing, Concrete, Millwork, Doors and Frames, Ceiling Tile, Ceramic Tile, Flooring, Fire Sprinklers, Framing and Drywall, Overhead Doors, Painting, Specialties, Joint Sealants, Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical. P Onsite walks can be coordinated with Gramoll Construction. The space is shelled and can be accessed.
