The Conemaugh Township Area School District (CTASD) is seeking sealed bids for Prime Construction Contracts for the project: RESTROOMS AND SUPPORT SPACES RENOVATIONS located at the Elementary School, 1516 Tire Hill Rd. Johnstown, PA. This PA. Prevailing Wages Project (L&I #22-02805) will consist of three Prime Construction Contracts: General, Plumbing and Electrical work pertaining to ADA and cosmetic upgrades in the select project areas. The Complete Project Description, Drawings and Specifications may be examined at the CTASD Administrative Office (located within the High School building on 300 W. Campus Ave. Davidsville, PA) on regular business days between the hours of 9AM & 3PM, when the Bid Package becomes available. The CTASD reserves the right to reject any or all bids. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
