All bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the bid made payable to Towamensing Township. The successful bidder will be required to provide a Performance Bond and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract price within twenty (20) days of the award of the contract. The Towamensing Township Board of Supervisors reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals or portions thereof, and to delete projects and or portions of the project depending on budgetary constraints and also to waive any technicalities deemed to be in the best interested of the Township.
