Site work and paving for a road / highway in East Penn Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Seal Coating on various roads within Franklin Township 50,000 SY of Single Bituminous Seal Coat using a Polymer Modified Emulsion and #8 stone with 1.0% loss by wash. Bidders must be PennDOT prequalified and must supply proof of prequalification. Proposals must be on forms provided by the Township. All bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the bid made payable to Franklin Township. The successful bidder for the "Seal Coat Bid Proposal" will be required to provide a Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract price within 20 days of the award of the contract. The successful bidders for the "Road Materials Bid Proposal" will be required to provide a Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract price within 20 days of the award of the contract. The Franklin Township Board of Supervisors reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals or portions thereof, and to delete projects and or portions of the project depending on budgetary constraints and also to waive any technicalities deemed to be in the best interest of the Township. Work cannot start before July 15,2022 ; Completion- August 31, 2022.
