The project consists of milling, full depth reclamation, bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, concrete walk, pedestrian ramps, storm sewer work, striping and concrete encased casting collars on twenty-three (23) different street segments in Duluth MN. A total of 29,996 linear feet or 5.69 miles. This project will include the removal of existing lead water services while installing 11 new 1" HDPE service using a pulling method whenever possible. Additional excavation pits may be required to install HDPE water service. Regardless of the method of submission, bid bonds must be received by the City prior to the bid opening. Not less than prevailing wages as included in the specifications and provisions must be paid on this project.
