Electronic submittal of Proposals by the deadline is required unless preapproved by the Water Authority. No Proposals will be accepted after the time and date specified. The Water Authority is not responsible for the delivery of Proposals. A Pre-Proposal conference will not be held for this RFP. In accordance with 2 CFR 200.321, small and minority businesses, women's business enterprises, and labor surplus area firms are encouraged to participate in this solicitation. All Consultants are required to provide documentation of both their status as a small and minority business, women's business enterprises, and labor surplus area firm and their efforts to involve subconsultants classified as small and minority businesses, women's business enterprises, and labor surplus area firms. Scope of Services: The Water Authority is requesting engineering services related to the planning and preliminary engineering phase of the Bosque Water Reuse Project. The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to select a qualified Consultant to develop project planning documents and design criteria that will guide future phases of the project. The Consultant will complete Preliminary Engineering Report (PER) and Basis of Design Report (BDR) documents related to the design of the Bosque Water Reuse Facility (WRF) and associated reuse project infrastructure.
