As of December 26, 2023 a design team has been identified and a construction timeline has been established. Project is included City of Wilsonville FY 2023-2028 *The previous solicitation is listed below for reference. The City of Wilsonville is soliciting Proposals from firms experienced in providing both wastewater and shared use path engineering design and construction support with an emphasis on complex construction areas and access. Firms Requested services include topographic surveying, wetland delineation and assessment, state and federal permitting, alternatives analysis and recommendation, structural bridge design, public involvement, preparation of engineering design documents, property acquisition, cost estimating, bidding assistance, construction support, and other related services. Work is expected to begin in Summer 2022 and continue through 2025. The Citys purpose in using this process will be to evaluate and rank qualified firms who have a demonstrated ability to successfully complete projects of similar character, size and complexity, leading to a negotiated Time and Materials Not to Exceed Professional Services Agreement.
