**As of 3/11/2021 The Apparent Low Bidder is Braun Construction & Design LLC. bid amount is not available yet . Project consists of furnishing all materials, labor, equipment, and supervision for the open trench replacement of approximately 1500 lineal feet of storm pipe, between 4" and 36" in diameter, cure in place installation of approximately 2300 lineal feet of storm pipe, between 8" and 12" in diameter, replacement of approximately 900 lineal feet of water pipe, between 6" and 8" in diameter, replacement and restoration of water, sanitary, and storm appurtenances, such as manholes, catch basins, service laterals, fittings, valves, etc., trench resurfacing, bypass pumping, pipe and manhole abandonment, and curb, sidewalk, driveway, and landscape restoration and performance of such additional and incidental work as called for by the Specifications and Contract Documents. Bidders must be pre-qualified by the Oregon Department of Transportation in the Class of Work "Earthwork & Drainage" prior to the date bids are due. In determining the responsiveness and responsibility of any bid submitted, establishing requisite qualification shall not be considered informality. Bids submitted by non-qualified contractors will be rejected as non-responsive. Completion Date: 12/31/2021 The estimated Project cost is $1.8 million.
