The delivery of 1,000 ton more or less or equivalent measurement in yards of PennDOT approved AS2 or AS4 anti-skid material to be stockpiled at the Ridgebury Township Garage. Computerized weight tickets must be completed at the point of loading and signed by a certified weigh master if unit of measurement is tons. Every truck must have a weight or yard measurement ticket at the time of delivery and meet the above criteria or the load will be rejected. All bids must be on a Ridgebury Township Bid Form, sealed and addressed to Ridgebury Township, 13278 Berwick Turnpike, Gillett, PA 16925 and must indicate on the outside of the envelope the type of bid being submitted The successful bidder shall be required to furnish a bond guaranteeing performance of the contract with sufficient surety in the amount of ten (10%) of the amount of contract no more than twenty (20) days after the contract has been awarded. The Board of Supervisors of Ridgebury Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids
