Site work and paving for a road / highway in Gillett, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade road / highway.
Sealed bids are requested for the delivery and placement of 2,000 tons (+/- 10%) of Driving Surface Aggregate (DSA) as specified for the Bradford County Conservation Districts Environmentally Sensitive Maintenance of Dirt and Gravel Roads Program. The material must meet strict program guidelines regarding materials, hauling, delivery, sampling, and documentation. Bids must be submitted in the form of the DSA Bid Package, which is available from the township secretary. The DSA is to be placed on Ameigh Valley Road, T-743, Dirt and Gravel Site ID #C732, in Wells Township, Bradford County, using a motor-paver capable of delivering an 18-foot roadway at an 8-inch uniform depth in a single pass. Wells Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
