Bids are being received for the following: Approximately 5,000-8,000 ton m/l tons or equivalent yards of 2RC, 2A or DSA aggregate. Bid shall include both a price for material to be tail-gated on location, stock-piled, and a price to be picked up at gravel pit. Please specify if material is PennDOT approved or not. All bidders should be aware that a minimum of four trucks per hour is required when tail-gating. Ridgebury Township reserves the right to reject any and/ or all loads of material. ll bids must be on a Ridgebury Township Bid Form, sealed and addressed to Ridgebury Township, 13278 Berwick Turnpike, Gillett, PA 16925 and must indicate on the outside of the envelope type of bid being submitted. The successful bidder shall be required to furnish a bond guaranteeing performance of the contract with sufficient surety in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the amount of the contract within twenty (20) days after the contract has been awarded. The Board of Supervisors of Ridgebury Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
