General Site Construction is required for this project. Bids are to be submitted as sealed bids to the Administrative Office of the Westmoreland County Housing Authority. Plan holders intending to submit a bid must also register their intent via email in accordance with bid requirements. Location- 2500 S Grande Blvd Greensburg, PA 15601 PROJECT DESCRIPTION A. The Project consists of milling and resurfacing of the surrounding parking lot, soft spot repairs with standard duty or heavy duty pavement, inlet frame/grate replacement, sealing with Seal Master PMCTS, crack sealing, soft spot repair, surface cleaning/preparation (to include crack cleaning, weed killing, pressure washing and oil/gas spot primer). : B. The Work consists of (but is not necessarily limited to) the following work items including all related work for each HUD Unit Parking Lot: BASE BID - includes but not limited to asphalt / pavement rehabilitation, soft spot repair (heavy duty & standard duty), milling and resurfacing, crack sealing, surface cleaning & preparation, inlet frame replacement, and all incidentals required to complete the work on unit price bid.
