Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Greensburg, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.

Sealed bids will be received for the Daniels & Miller Pipe Bursting contract. Equipment and services to be provided must follow the specifications on file. Bids must be submitted online. A certified check payable to the Greater Greensburg Sewage Authority or a bid bond executed by the bidder and approved surety company, amounting to ten percent of the total bid, must accompany each submission, or the bid will be considered nonresponsive and rejected. The successful bidder must provide a performance surety equal to one hundred percent of the contract amount. Contractors must submit an E-Verify Program Verification in compliance with the Public Works Employment Verification Act 127 of 2012. The Greater Greensburg Sewage Authority reserves the right to award or reject any and/or all proposals and to waive informalities in the bidding process.
