Sealed proposals are requested online for the furnishing of Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) water pipe conforming with A.W.W.A. Standard C900-16. The contract (R033-26) covers the supply of the following from January 1, 2026 through June 30, 2026: C900 CL235 DR18 PVC Pipe in sizes 14, 16, 18, 20, 24, 30, and 36 inches, and C900 CL305 DR14 PVC Pipe in sizes 4, 6, 8, 12, and 24 inches. All pipe must meet Build American, Buy America (BABA) Act requirements. Prices quoted must remain firm for the contract duration. The authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids or accept any bid or portion thereof in the best interest of the Municipal Authority of Westmoreland County. Bidders should submit questions via the “Vendor Discussions” tab in Messages on PennBid. Awarded vendors will be assessed a variable award fee based on contract type; for term contracts this is 1/6% (.00166) of the contract’s expected value, with a minimum of $100 and maximum of $5,000.
