Sealed and separate proposals are requested for Stone Course Aggregate, Polyethylene Pipe, Cast Iron Frames & Grates, Pre-Cast Catch Basins, Risers, Ultra-low Sulfur Diesel Fuel, and Regular Unleaded Gasoline. Proposals must be submitted on the provided forms. Bids must be accompanied by Financial Security in the amount of 10% of the bid, payable to HEMPFIELD TOWNSHIP SUPERVISORS, unless the bid total is under $23,800, in which case Financial Security is not required. The municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
