Granite School District (GSD) Purchasing is soliciting competitive pricing from qualified vendor(s) to remove existing and replace stage curtains (stage drapes) for 11 locations. GSD intends to award by location to multiple vendors (location line items 01 through 011) unless the bid to award ALL eleven (11) locations to one vendor (line item 12) provides better cost savings. **The material brand names are specified as a standard of quality and functionality and are not intended to be restrictive. Alternates equivalent in quality, design and functionality, may be submitted for consideration. Any alternate bids must be accompanied by complete manufacturer descriptive literature, specifications and warranty information. Failure to include this documentation may result in the disqualification of your bid. GSD will serve as sole authority as to the approval of an alternate. Bidder may be required, at no expense to GSD, provide samples for evaluation. All questions must be posted in the Utah Public Procurement Place. Answers will be provided in the same manner. Any modifications will be made by written addenda. No verbal modifications will be considered. Terms and Conditions are non-negotiable. When responding, vendor must allow sufficient time to complete the electronic process. The IFB will end precisely at the event close time listed. If you are in the middle of your bid at the closing time, the process will stop and your bid will not be received or considered.
