Site work and new construction of a restaurant in Gypsum, Colorado. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a restaurant; and for site work for a restaurant.
As of April 8, 2025, no responses were received. The town has decided to not readvertise it at this point in time. The Town of Gypsum, Colorado (“Town”) is seeking proposals for the purchase, along with the development, construction, and/or management, of city-owned land located at 460 Trail Gulch Road (formerly known as 686 Trail Gulch) (“Project Area“). The proposed area is approximately 0.463 acres. See Image 1 on Page 5 for a depiction of the Project Area. The Town seeks a qualified developer to design, construct and/or manage a development consisting primarily of a quality restaurant or mixed-commercial project which can serve as a gathering point of Gypsum’s Front Door, and as further set out in this RFP. A video recording with additional project information will be available on the town website by August 31, 2023. To ensure a fair and objective evaluation, all questions related to this Request for Proposal shall be addressed in writing with response comments posted on the town website. The deadline for the first round of written questions is 5:00 p.m. MST on October 16, 2023 with response comments posted on October 23, 2023. The deadline for the second round of written questions is 5:00 p.m. MST on November 13, 2023 with response comments posted on November 20, 2023. All Proposals become the property of the Town.
