Renovation of a power facility in Lakeland, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a power facility.
The scope of work will include, but not limited to: having the piles installed and building the foundations upon the piles to support the engines and equipment; establishing the rough grade of the site and building of storm water retention basins; running storm piping; building other foundations for the mrep project; fabricating and placing of underground pipe (gas, potable water, service water, demin water, sewer, instrument air, wastewater, fire water, etc.) and oil waster separator; prepare for the final tie in connections into the existing plant systems; excavate and build the electrical duct banks; install the ground grid and cathodic protection; and coordinate the turnover to the above ground contractor. The bids submitted and the purchase order contract, if awarded, shall be in complete accordance with, without limitation, this invitation to bid, drawings and specifications attached, all codes, requirements and regulations referenced therein. Questions regarding this invitation to bid should be in writing and should reference the above Bid number.
