Demolition, site work and asbestos abatement for a municipal facility in Lakeland, Florida. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; and for asbestos abatement for a municipal facility.
The work covered under this project consists of the furnishing of all labor, tools, equipment, materials, services, transportation, bonds, insurance, permits, licenses and supervision for the demolition, cleanup, furnishing of fill material (if required), and the proper disposal of the debris created by demolition of the buildings which are located in the City of Lakeland. All work shall be in accordance the following Demolition Inspection Procedures. Questions regarding this invitation to bid should be in writing and should reference the above Bid number. Submit all questions to Mrs. Tara Walls, CPPB, Senior Purchasing Agent, via e-mail at purch@lakelandgov.net or fax (863) 834-6777. The Services of a Qualified and Experienced Demolition Contractor to Properly Perform a Wet Demolition of Which Shall Include, Without Limitation, All Labor, Tools, Equipment, Materials, Services, Transportation, Bonds, Insurance, Permits, Licenses and Supervision for the Demolition, Cleanup, Furnishing of Fill Material (if Required), and the Proper Disposal of the Debris Created by Demolition of the Following Buildings: 530 W. Main St #4, 517 W. Lemon St and 517 W. Lemon St #storage. The Bids Submitted and the Resulting Purchase Order, if Issued, Shall Be in Complete Accordance With, Without Limitation, This Invitation to Bid, the Attached City of Lakeland Specification, All Current Federal, State, and Local Ordinances, Codes and Regulations.
