As of May 23, 2022, project was awarded to Martin Paving, Inc., awarded amount is $110,043.82. All materials must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications. All proposals must be upon forms furnished by the Municipality The bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the bid, made payable to the Municipality. Bids must be received in a sealed envelope marked Bid Proposal Road Improvements 2022. Item #1 Road Improvement of Oil and Chip in place per specifications of approximately 24658 square yards. Item #2 - Road Improvement of a leveling course of 1050 square yards of 9.5MM Superpave wearing course per specifications. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or a portion of the proposal.
