The award of a contract under this solicitation may be paid with federal funding. Funding is contingent upon compliance with all terms and conditions of funding award. All prospective contractors and sub-contractors shall comply with all applicable federal laws, regulations, executive orders, FEMA requirements and the terms and conditions of the funding award. In addition, vendor submitting qualifications shall be responsible for complying with state law and local ordinances. Randolph County reserves the right to award and/or reject any and/or all submissions and waive any technicalities or irregularities. Randolph County is seeking a professional firm to provide design, bidding and construction administration of water and wastewater improvements/additions for the below projects: Improvements to Wastewater Treatment Plant in Seagrove, NC. Wastewater extension on Little River Road in Seagrove, NC Water/Wastewater improvements to Uwharrie Charter Schools and Pinewood development in Cedar Gove Township Improvements to Water/Wastewater for Black Lake Development in Union Township The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this time.
