All bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the bid made payable to Bowmanstown Borough. The successful bidder for the "2022 Lime Street Paving" Bid Proposal and the "2022 Ore Street Bituminous Seal Coat" Bid Proposal will be required to provide a Performance Bond and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract price within 20 days of the award of the contract.
