The Project involves milling, overlay, leveling course, or other road repairs to: Bradford Drive, South Caln Road, Vivian Drive, Timacula Road, Doe Run Church Road Pennsylvania Prevailing Wages shall apply to this contract. All work shall be completed in accordance with PennDOT Pub. 408, and all quantities are approximate.Sealed bids shall be submitted electronically via the portal It is anticipated that the Board of Supervisors will consider the submitted bids at its meeting of June 28, 2022, at 6:30 p.m. Questions and inquiries should be addressed through portal , All bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid amount, payable to East Fallowfield Township. The successful bidder, who is awarded the contract, will be required to pay PennBid Program a fee of 1/3 % of the contract award value There is a minimum award fee of $100.00 and a maximum of $5,000.00. Bidders must confirm the fees associated with bidding through portal and the successful bidder is responsible for the fees associated with the awarded bid. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to eliminate or reduce items or quantities, waive informalities or irregularities and/or negotiate with the receipt of bids.
