Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in East Fallowfield Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The work generally includes removal of existing storm pipe arch and structures, installation of new storm pipe and structures, concrete curb, paving, E&S and associated work. The work indicated will be at a minimum, partially funded via Local Share Account Grant from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania acting through the Commonwealth Financing Authority. The bidding process, contract, and conduct of the work must meet the requirements of the Local Share Account grant agreement, which has been entered into by East Fallowfield Township, and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The agreement(s) obligates East Fallowfield Township to certain compliance requirements. If said compliance requirements are not followed, funding for the project will be at risk. Bidder's attention is directed to the Technical Specifications Section of the bid package, which contains the MTF Reimbursement Agreements and related Additional Special Provisions as an attachment. These documents outline the specific requirements of the Local Share Account Grant Contract. Submission of a bid for this Project will be considered the Contractors acknowledgement of these requirements and commitment to adhere to the same. Bids must be submitted online and each bid must include a bidder's bond, certified check, or cashier's check in favor of East Fallowfield Township for not less than 10% of the total bid amount. The winning bidder must furnish and pay for a Performance Bond and a Labor & Material Payment Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price, on forms provided by East Fallowfield Township.
