Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Ridgeville, Indiana. Completed plans call for the construction of a laboratory facility; for site work for a laboratory facility; and water / sewer project.
As of May 17, 2022, award likely in June 2022. The Project will include improvements to both the Wastewater Treatment Plant and the Collection System. The Wastewater Treatment Plant improvements will include lift station improvements, replacement of piping in existing wastewater treatment facility, replacement of blowers, replacement of diffusers, sludge dewatering system improvements, construction of new lab and chemical building, modification of yard piping to accommodate improvements. Collection System Rehabilitation will consist of modifications to the Waltz Street Lift Station, replacement of manholes, lining of manholes, CIPP of collection system lines, etc. In addition to these items of work there are other miscellaneous items of work necessary to and as specified to make the Project complete.
