Renovation of an educational facility in Ridgeville, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Project Description: The project consists of replacement of classroom unit ventilators and controls with new unit ventilators and controls. Project also includes alternate bids for replacement of four existing air handling units, and replacement of the existing chiller. Substantial completion for the Base Bid of the project shall be complete on or before August 1, 2023. 1. If Alternates 1, 2, 3, or 4 are accepted, due to the anticipated lead times of alternate bid equipment, Substantial completion of Alternates 1 through 4 shall be complete on or before August 1, 2024. 2. If Alternate 5 is accepted, and due to the anticipated lead times of alternate bid equipment, Substantial Completion of Alternate 5 shall be complete on or before January 1, 2024 Bid security in the amount of 10% of the Bid must accompany the Bid. Refer to other bidding requirements described in Document 00 2113 - Instructions to Bidders and Document 00 3100 - Available Project Information. Submit your offer on the Bid Form provided. Your offer will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 60 days after submission. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers.
