Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Crestwood, Illinois. Working plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

As of February 12, 2024, per owner a design team and general contractor have been identified. Construction is set to begin Spring 2024. The Village of Crestwood is hereby soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified Professional Engineering firms interested in providing professional construction engineering and administrative services. These requests are in accordance with Illinois Public Act 85-854 (50 ILCS 510/0.01-510/7). The project, Cicero Avenue (IL 50/83) Streetscape Improvements, includes sidewalk reconstruction, driveway apron reconstruction, street lighting and pedestrian signal improvements along approximately 8,100 feet of Cicero Avenue between 143rd Street and the Cal-Sag Channel bridge. Scope of work includes shop drawing review, construction observation, materials testing, contract documentation and administration for the Construction Phase of the Project.The Village of Crestwood reserves the right to reject any or all submittals and waive any irregularities or informalities in the selection process. Each applicant should submit (5) copies of the SOQ. All SOQs received by the deadline will be evaluated, and a selection will be made by the Village of Crestwood. All submittal firms will be notified. Questions should be directed to Bill Graffeo, bgraffeo@crestwood.illinois.gov, no later than April 20, 2022. No phone calls will be accepted. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
