Renovation of an educational facility in Honolulu, Hawaii. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
**As of July 10 , 2024 No bids were received on the project. No definite date for the rebid.** Questions Deadline: 05/17/2024 Answers Due Date: 05/21/2024 The project shall in general consist of, but is not limited to, lighting and lighting control replacement of the Lower Campus Parking Structure. Scope of work includes window sealant and roof parapet wall coping repairs at the north façade of the University of Hawaii at Manoa Information Technology Center. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, selective removal of existing glazing gaskets and joint sealants, new pre-formed silicone tape at roof parapet coping cap splice joints, joint sealants, and miscellaneous related work, as shown on the Plans and Technical Specifications. A Pre-bid conference will not be conducted. Offerors may visit the site at any time. The deadline to submit requests for clarification of the requirements of this IFB is May 17, 2024. All clarification requests shall be submitted via HePS QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS section, and all responses shall be issued in an addendum Requests for substitutions regarding the IFB and its requirements, must be submitted to the Technical Representative of the Procurement Officer (TRPO), Vernon Shiroma via E-mail at vshiroma@hawaii.edu no later than May 17, 2024.
