Furnishing approximately 11,500 tons various size stones 2. Furnish & Place 3,230 Tons 19mm Superpave Wearing Course, PG 64-22, 0.0-0.3 ESAL's, SRL-L (ANY) 3. Furnish & Place 50,195 SY Single application bituminous seal coat as per Pub 408 Section 470 4. Furnish & Place 3,000 LBS Asphalt and crack seal This project is subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act 442, approved August 15, 1961 and subsequent amendments. Site inspection of the project is required by all bidders. Contact the Township office to set up an appointment. All bids must be submitted on bid forms furnished by the Township. No bid bond is required. Successful bidder will furnish performance bond for 50% of contract amount. All materials to be Penndot approved. Penndot certification is required. Bidder may bid on any or all items The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to award the bids in the best interest of the Township.
