Site work and paving for a civil project in Manheim Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
As of May 27, 2022, the project has been awarded, however, information regarding the awarded contractor has not been disclosed at this time. Sealed bids for the installation of approximately 200 linear feet of 15" RCP along with three (3) pre-cast inlets, milling, and bituminous overlay BID TYPE Fixed Fee Contract A bid bond by acceptable surety or a certified check made payable to Manheim Township in the amount of 10% of the maximum bid must be provided by each bidder with their bid. Each bidder must be prepared to submit evidence of his qualifications to perform the work. Notice is hereby given to bidders that this project is subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act approved August 15, 1961 (Act No. 442, P.L. 987), as amended. Bidders should refer to federal and state statutes, rules and regulations dealing with the prevention of environmental pollution and the preservation of public and natural resources pursuant to PA Act No. 1972-247. The Contract Time for this project is sixty (60) calendar days. Contract Award Date: 5/30/2022 Manheim Township reserves the right to accept any bid or reject any or all bids.
