Site work and paving for a road / highway in Dover, Delaware. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The improvements consist of furnishing all labor and materials for this contract. This project provides for the re-lensing, replacement of damaged castings and installation of new raised pavement markers on selected locations statewide. The contractor shall furnish the raised pavement markers, lenses, epoxy glue, traffic control, labor, equipment and incidentals necessary to replace the lenses, damaged castings and install new raised pavement markers in a safe and efficient manner. Follow other incidental construction in accordance with the location, notes and details shown on the plans, and as directed by the Engineer. PRE-BID MEETING: No LOCATION: These improvements are state-wide as assigned. All work on this contract must be complete within 1095 Calendar Days. The Contract Time includes an allowance for 0 Weather Days. The Department's intent is to issue a Notice to Proceed for work to start on or about July 11, 2022. PERFORMANCE-BASED RATING SYSTEM - 29 Del.C. 6962 (c)(12)(a) requires DelDOT to include a performance-based rating system for contractors.
