ITQ installation and establishment of bermuda sod, placement of protective barricade provided by Owner. Per specifications in Project Manual, install Bermuda sod in damaged areas of North Broad Avenue neutral ground to restore turf coverage and provide tree protection of existing tree. Place sectional barricade fencing provided by Parkways as protective fencing to ensure all sections are hooked together and zip-tied at each joining. Ensure 6' gap as shown on graphic in Appendix of Project Manual for routine mowing access. Contractor to water and mow turf for establishment per specifications in manual. The Code of Federal Regulations, Title 29, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) shall apply. Safety and Health Provisions of the State of Louisiana shall apply where more stringent and where not covered by OSHA The Contractor is advised that the site is a right-of-way neutral ground park and does not contain large areas of space to provide for laydown of materials. The Contractor shall coordinate space requirements and construction activities with Parkways. Delivery of supplies, equipment, machinery, etc. must not block vehicular traffic on North Broad. Contractor is responsible for pick-up and delivery of any additional barricade fencing sections as provided by Parkways necessary for installation and protection of sod; source locations for barricade sections may vary depending on final quantity required. The Contractor shall at all times keep the area free from accumulations of waste material or rubbish caused by his employees or work. The Contractor shall keep all streets clean used in his operations. The above requirements likewise apply to suppliers making deliveries to the site and the Contractor will be held responsible for compliance by his suppliers. Upon completion and before final acceptance of the work, the Contractor shall remove all false work, all surplus dirt and materials, rubbish, and restore in an acceptable manner all property, which may have been used or damaged in the course of construction.
