This Contract consists of the construction of an all-new square foot addition to the storage building located at the County Highway Facility, 1600 County Highway H, Spooner, WI 54801. The project will consist of building and site construction as described in the bidding documents. Which shall be forfeited to Washburn County in the event the successful bidder fails to enter into a Contract. A pre-bid meeting will not be held.
