The purpose of this Pre-qualification process is to develop a short list of up to five (5) respondents that are capable, experienced, have a record of accomplishments and resources to provide the City external expertise to provide the work outlined in Part A. The City of West Kelowna is seeking subcontractor for but not limited to underground civil construction work, aerial and underground fiber optic cable placement, internal building cable placement, internal and external fiber optic splicing/termination, and fiber optic cable testing.
