Summary: Through this Request for Proposals, the Regional District of Central Okanagan (referred to herein as the "District" or "RDCO") invites Proposals from consulting firms experienced in the delivery of asset management plans for wastewater treatment infrastructure in order to develop and produce an Asset Management Plan for the District's Westside Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant, located at 4261 Gellatly Road S, West Kelowna, BC. Timeline: The District anticipates executing a contract for the Services no later than July 11, 2022. The Asset Management Plan and all Service deliverables (not including any Optional Services) must be complete before November 30, 2022. Maximum Budget: The District has a maximum of $100,000 (excluding GST) available for all Services (not including any Optional Services). Further details on the overall WRWWTP Asset Management Plan Project and Services to be provided are detailed in Part A. Full details on the services required, and how to submit a proposal are contained in the attached RFP documents. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
