Install a 4 inch dedicated drain line required for new and existing washing machines to be installed into the wall where the existing drain line is located. The drain line must run parallel to the existing drain line directing the water flow into the mechanical room floor drain 2. Installation of a hot and cold water valve for a washing machine 3. Installation of dryer to include venting through mechanical room to outside 4.
