Purchase of Various Sizes of Corrugated Dual-wall Pipe, Catch Basin With Grates, Risers & Inserted T's to Be Used by the Andover Township Road Department. Each Bid Shall Be Quoted Fob Point of Supplier and Fob Andover Township Yard on East Main Street, Andover, Ohio. Material Will Be Delivered as Needed. Each Bid Shall Be Accompanied by a Bid Guarantee, in the Form of a Bid Bond, a Certified Check, a Cashier Check or a Letter of Credit, in Conformity With the Requirements of Orc 153.54 and 153.571 (B). If a Bid Bond Is Used, the Bond Shall Be in the Full Amount of the Bid and Signed by a Surety Company Authorized to Do Business in Ohio, and Accompanied by the Surety's Sufficient Power of Attorney Affirming Said Signature. If a Certified Check, Cashiers Check of Letter of Credit Is Used, the Instruments Shall Be Drawn on a Solvent Bank in an Amount Not Less Than Ten Percent (10%) of the Bid. The Bid Guarantee Shall Be Given as Security That, if the Bid Is Accepted, the Bidder Will Enter Into a Contract in Conformity With the Bid. Bids Less Than Twenty-five Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00) Do Not Require a Bid Guarantee. This Project Is Partially Funded With Ohio Public Works Commission Funds. The Supplier Must Be a Qualified Mbe With the State of Ohio. Domestic Steel Used Requirements as Specified in Section 153.011 of the Ohio Revised Code Apply to This Project. Copies of Section 153.011 of the Revised Code Can Be Obtained From Any of the Offices of the State of Ohio Department of Administrative Services. Each Bid Must Be in a Sealed Envelope and the Outside Thereof Properly Marked With the Opwc Gibbs Road Dgx09 Number, Date and Time of the Bid Opening. The Andover Township Trustees Reserve the Right to Waive Any and All Informalities and the Right to Reject Any and All Bids.
