Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Ceres, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Description: The work to be accomplished includes the installation and replacement of curb, gutter, sidewalk, curb ramps, asphalt pavement and other such items not mentioned herein that are required by the plans and specifications. A-2. Project Timeline This project is date specific, and the construction schedule shall be strictly adhered. The Contractor shall begin work on or before the date noted in the project construction time schedule shown below and in the General Provisions. Construction WORK HOURS will be limited between 8:00AM and 4:30PM Pacific Time, Monday to Friday unless approved by City Engineer.
