The installation of the two HVAC units will be awarded by PSI to a third party. If you have any questions during the bidding period, please contact the PSI Tenders Office. All questions should be sent by email. These clarifications will be sent to everyone by addendum. Email ao@portsi.com BOND There is no bond required for this submission. The tenderer is solely responsible for the receipt of his tender by the PSI, in the form, at the place and at the time required. The PSI does not undertake to accept either the lowest tender or any of the tenders received and will not incur any costs vis-à-vis the tenderers as a result of a call for tenders. PSI reserves the right to reject all tenders received and to make a second request for tenders without PSI being held liable to the tenderers.
