This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba ("Manitoba"), as represented by the Department of Labour, Consumer Protection & Government Services, Capital Project Planning and Delivery ("CPPD") on behalf of the owner of the project, Municipal Relations ("Owner") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Leaf Rapids deconstruction of housing units and expansion of landfill as further described in Section 1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix 3). If proponents wish to actually attend the site, they may do so at any time. Deadline for question is April 27, 2022 at 4:00 PM local time. All questions are to be submitted to cppdprocurement@gov.mb.ca. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
