Project No-20007 AB The Town of Weston, Massachusetts, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids until the deadline at the Case House School Administration Building, 89 Wellesley Street, Weston, MA, 02493, for the Irrigation System Installation including design-build of a new irrigation system at the Josiah Smith Tavern in Weston in accordance with the bid specifications. The main line infrastructure of the system must be fully installed prior to May 10th to accommodate plantings that will occur in the following weeks. Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. The Work consists of design-build of a new irrigation system at the Josiah Smith Tavern and all work incidental thereto, in accordance with the Specifications and conceptual plans attached hereto. The main line infrastructure of the system must be fully installed prior to May 10th to accommodate plantings that will occur in the following weeks.
