Renovation of a religious / funeral development in Deadwood, South Dakota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a religious / funeral development.
Bid results presented on June 6, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. at the City Commission meeting in City Hall, 102 Sherman Street, Deadwood, SD.The contractor shall pay the sum of $250.00 per day for each day that the project is not completed beyond the project completion date as provided for herein. The work generally consists of rebuilding natural ledge stone walls, repairing mortared caps, repointing of mortar joints, remove/reset monuments as needed to accommodate wall work, vegetation restoration/stabilization of construction affected areas.Bid security will be required in the form of a cashiers check or certified check in the amount of five (5) percent of the total for the bid submitted, or through a bid bond of not less than ten (10) percent of the total for the bid submitted, made payable to the City of Deadwood. A performance bond is also required.
