Site work and paving for a bridge / tunnel in Deadwood, South Dakota. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, and appurtenances necessary to complete the work in accordance with the Contract Documents. The work to be performed under this contract generally consists of: 1. The work presented in the Bid Form contained in Contract Documents. Base Bid: Removal of existing structure (Single span I girder w/timber deck and timber abutments), construction of temporary vehicle crossing consisting of twin 60 CMP culverts, riprap, and gravel surfacing. Installation of new 48 prestressed concrete double tee bridge with H pile abutments and T101 Bridge Rail. Work also includes minimal approach grading, surfacing and other associated improvements. Structure and Approach Grading PCN 075J Project BRO 8041(00) 19-1 Timm Lane Bridge for the City of Deadwood. With results presented on October 3, 2022 at the City Commission meeting at City Hall 102 Sherman, Deadwood, SD. Bid security will be required in the form of a cashiers check or certified check in the amount of five (5) percent of the total for the bid submitted, or through a bid bond of not less than ten (10) percent of the total for the bid submitted, made payable to the City of Deadwood. A performance bond is also required. Bids will be sealed and marked Structure and Approach Grading - Timm Lane The City of Deadwood has the right to reject any and all bids.
