Expressions of interest including price quotes are being accepted for the loading, hauling & spreading (max 20yd loads) of approximately 25,000 yards (estimated, subject to change) of road gravel for the RM of Souris Valley No. 7, gravel pits are located within the RM #7 and RM #8 (potentially multiple pits in RM 8, Contract may be split). Haul to commence as soon as weather permits. A maximum speed of 60 km per hour when hauling on municipal roads will be strictly enforced. The tender must include: Hourly Rate - List pricess seperately minimum haul charge if applicable loading charges if applicable list of trucks any other charges proof of liability insurance of no less than $2,000,000 Certificate of Insurance and a letter of good standing from WCB (Workers Compensation Board). The RM of Souris Valley No. 7 reserves the right to reject and refuse any or all expressions of interest. Lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
