Site work and paving for a civil project in Oungre, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.

A summary of work is as follows: * Approximately 3 miles of road construction on TWP 020 between RGE RD 2133 and 2140. The road is located North of Sections 31, 32, 33 - 01-13W2M. * Constructing the road to a minimum standard of an 8 meter top, 4:1 slopes, full reclamation of the ditches. * The installation of culverts necessary so as to not impede the natural flow of water (the RM will supply the culverts). * The installation of approaches for farm equipment to have access to the fields on each quarter section. * Ditches are to be reseeded to a grass (type to be discussed with Council). * The RM will supply the gravel. Approach development specifications 1. All approaches shall be constructed at 45 feet wide. 2. All approaches shall have a culvert installed if required. This will be at the discretion of the RM. 3.All approaches should be a MINIMUM 3:1 side slope, 5:1 preferred. 4.Each approach shall have a 30 meter setback from an intersection. 5.Culverts should be set back away from the center of the approach in order to aid the RM's annual mowing program. A start date/year and completion date/year of the project must be stated clearly in submitted tender. The RM is responsible for all landowners permissions needed. Tenders must be accompanied by a Letter of Good Standing with WCB, a list of equipment with rates. The lowest of any Tender will not necessarily be accepted.
