Expressions of interest including price quotes are being accepted for the loading & hauling (max 20yd loads) of approximately 25,000 yards of road gravel for the RM of Souris Valley No. 7, gravel is located in the RM of Lake Alma SE 13-03-18W2M (Contract may be split). Haul to commence right away, with a completion date of March 1, 2023. A maximum speed of 60 km per hour when hauling on municipal roads will be strictly enforced. The tender must include: Hourly Rate - List separately prices for hauling minimum haul charge if applicable loading charges if applicable list of trucks any other charges proof of liability insurance of no less than $2,000,000 Certificate of Insurance and a letter of good standing from WCB (Workers Compensation Board). We wish to invite tenders from those who are capable of completing the contract by January 25, 2023. Yards are estimated and are subject to change. The RM of Souris Valley No. 7 reserves the right to reject and refuse any or all expressions of interest. Lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted. Agreement Type: NWPTA
