This Request for Pre-Qualifications ("RFPQ") is an invitation by the College of New Caledonia ("CNC") to prospective respondents to qualify in accordance with Evaluation of Responses (Part 2) for eligibility to provide Mechanical Contractor Services as further described in Section A of the RFPQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the "Deliverables"). The intent of this RFPQ is to evaluate the capabilities, experience, and resources of respondents who are interested in pre-qualifying to bid on mechanical contracting opportunities. To qualify, the respondents are to demonstrate they have the capability and experience to perform mechanical contracting services in a cost-effective manner. Additional requirements include financial credibility, disclosure of bonding limits, ability to establish and maintain a collaborative working relationship with the CNC Project Manager and stakeholders and the timely completion of projects. The respondents must be registered and in good standing with WorkSafe BC.
