As of March 2026, a development team has been selected. The project is in design and under municipal review. Information regarding a design team and detailed scope has not been disclosed. A firm construction schedule has not been established. Plans include a 100-key boutique hotel along West 4th North Street, a modern county office building, a retail building near the corner of Main Street and West 4th North Street, eight to ten single-family residence brownstones condominiums along Cedar Street, future retail at the corner of Cedar Street and West 5th North Street (Hwy 78).
